Dr. What?

So I'm drinking a Dr. Pepper, and contemplating what the flavor could be...it's definitely kinda spicy--not like indian food spicy, but like christmas cookie spicy, obviously. Like its got clove or nutmeg flavor or something. After the thousands upon thousands of cans of Dr. Pepper I have drank over the course of my life, I still have NO idea how to describe this flavor. Except delicious.
On a Dr. Pepper related note, Kevin went to the grocery store the other day, the one in our neighborhood at home, so we all KNOW we've bought Dr. Pepper there lots of times, and they didnt have any. So he asked a lady who was working there if it was like on a display somewhere or something, and she goes "Dr. Pepper? Well I've never heard of it..." ???? wha? what the hell? Who the hell hasnt heard of Dr. Pepper?? Its a sick sad world when brand names have not penetrated every corner of our society...
but she works at a place that sells soft drinks...
